Terms and Conditions


All products are listed with price excluding VAT. Cost of shipping is added. We use our partner DHL. In the first place, we ship directly to the door with company shipping. If shipping is desired to the service point, please let us know when processing the order.

Contact details

It is you as the customer who is responsible for ensuring that the contact details are correct. Incorrect contact details that lead to packages being returned will result in a charge for uncollected packages. ie name, address, mobile number for SMS notification and email address for order confirmation. 

Confirmation of your purchase
After you have completed your purchase or approved quote, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified e-mail address. mailing address. Contact us and we can check what happened.

Original from customer

When using a so-called private label, it requires that you as a customer provide us with a print-ready original, both in eps and pdf format. In the case of colors other than black and white, a pantone number is also required. If this is not met, possible costs may be added for original work.

Our packages 
When we pack your package, we recycle cartons and packing materials as far as possible. 

Payment method
Payment is made against invoice.

Payment is made against invoice per 30 days and we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To shop against invoice, you must enter your personal or organization number. 

In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Late payment interest is charged at 8 percent per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection.

The invoice is sent separately and can therefore arrive before or after delivery.

Disclaimer/Product Information/Color Rendering/Measurements
We try to be as clear and provide as good information as possible in the product information. 136bad5cf58d_may be perceived size or color. Read through the product information and see what is described regarding size and measurements so you don't get surprised. We cannot guarantee that the color reproduction on your monitor is exactly the same as in reality.

We cannot nor guarantee that you experience a fragrance in the same way as we do. These are our judgments and may differ from person to person.  We cannot be responsible for hypersensitivity or allergy due to ingredients in a product. If you are hypersensitive to fragrances, we do not recommend using scented candles or other scented products. If desired, we can send fragrance samples at cost price. This must be ordered before an approved quote. 

We reserve the right for typos and cannot be held responsible for products being used with a lack of judgment or too little information.

Broken goods/wrong goods
If the package looks complete and despite this there is something broken in the package or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, but no later than within five days of receiving your order. When contacting, a photo of the errors is also requested. 

Privacy Policy
From time to time we send newsletters to our customers or those who have shown interest in our products in other ways. It is easy to unsubscribe from our mailing list if you do not wish to receive further mailings. 



When ordering products, you as a customer give consent to let Own Collection use the products for marketing. If, against the odds, it is not accepted, this must be informed no later than 10 days after ordering.
