Terms of purchase


All products are listed with price excluding VAT. Cost of shipping is added. We use our partner DHL. In the first place, we ship directly to the door with company shipping. If shipping is desired to the service point, please let us know when processing the order.

Contact details

It is you as the customer who is responsible for ensuring that the contact details are correct. Incorrect contact details that lead to packages being returned will result in a charge for uncollected packages. ie name, address, mobile number for SMS notification and email address for order confirmation. 

Confirmation of your purchase
After you have completed your purchase or approved quote, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified e-mail address. mailing address. Contact us and we can check what happened.

Original from customer

When using a so-called private label, it requires that you as a customer provide us with a print-ready original, both in eps and pdf format. In the case of colors other than black and white, a pantone number is also required. If this is not met, possible costs may be added for original work.

Our packages 
When we pack your package, we recycle cartons and packing materials as far as possible. 

Payment method
Payment is made against invoice.

Payment is made against invoice per 30 days and we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To shop against invoice, you must enter your personal or organization number. 

In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Late payment interest is charged at 8 percent per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection.

The invoice is sent separately and can therefore arrive before or after delivery.

Disclaimer/Product Information/Color Rendering/Measurements
We try to be as clear and provide as good information as possible in the product information. 136bad5cf58d_may be perceived size or color. Read through the product information and see what is described regarding size and measurements so you don't get surprised. We cannot guarantee that the color reproduction on your monitor is exactly the same as in reality.

We cannot nor guarantee that you experience a fragrance in the same way as we do. These are our judgments and may differ from person to person.  We cannot be responsible for hypersensitivity or allergy due to ingredients in a product. If you are hypersensitive to fragrances, we do not recommend using scented candles or other scented products. If desired, we can send fragrance samples at cost price. This must be ordered before an approved quote. 

We reserve the right for typos and cannot be held responsible for products being used with a lack of judgment or too little information.

Broken goods/wrong goods
If the package looks complete and despite this there is something broken in the package or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, but no later than within five days of receiving your order. When contacting, a photo of the errors is also requested. 

Privacy Policy
From time to time we send newsletters to our customers or those who have shown interest in our products in other ways. It is easy to unsubscribe from our mailing list if you do not wish to receive further mailings. 



When ordering products, you as a customer give consent to let Own Collection use the products for marketing. If, against the odds, it is not accepted, this must be informed no later than 10 days after ordering.

This Privacy and Personal Data Policy (“Policy”) explains Own Collection's handling of customers' personal data when they contact us and make purchases, as well as their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


Own Collection pays attention and is aware that the handling of your privacy and your personal data is an ongoing responsibility, which is why this Policy will be updated when our handling of your personal data is updated. You will be informed of these changes via publication on this website, email or SMS.


Our principles

We will do our best to protect your privacy by using appropriate technical security solutions. This means that:

Own Collection collects personal data from you when you contact us or make a purchase.


If you communicate with us by e-mail, post, or any other form of communication, we may save this correspondence and include information (such as name, e-mail address, contact information and any personal information you provide in the message) and use it to respond to or handle your matter.


We use information we collect about our customers and users for four main reasons:


to conduct our business and provide (including improving and customizing) the products we offer,

to send communications, including promotions to our customers and users, as well as

to market services and display advertisements, in our own services and ad-supported websites.

Your rights

Own Collection complies with current data protection laws in the European Union, which, where applicable, include the following rights:


You have the right to request a register extract (as defined in the legislation) and access to a copy of your personal data free of charge and to request correction and, in certain circumstances, deletion of your personal data,

You have the right to request restriction and object to processing of your personal data that takes place due to our legitimate interests,

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Datainspektionen is the authority in Sweden that supervises how we as a company comply with the legislation,

If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing of your personal data at any time.

You have the right to request that we hand over your personal data to another organization that is responsible for processing your personal data (personal data controller) in cases where our right to process your personal data is based either on your consent or the fulfillment of an agreement with you.

You will get reasonable access to your personal data at no extra cost, if you request this via If we are unable to provide you with access within a reasonable time frame, Own Collection will provide you with a date for when information can be provided. If such access is denied, Own Collection will explain to you why it is denied.


Information about your right to object according to Article 21 of the GDPR (profiling, direct marketing)


1. Processing of your personal data that takes place due to our legitimate interests

You have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to our processing of personal data about you based on and Article 6.1 (f) GDPR (processing for the purpose of protecting our legitimate interests), which includes profiling based on these provisions in the sense referred to in Article 4.4 GDPR.


2. If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or if our processing takes place for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims .

Right to object to the processing of data for marketing

In some cases, we process your personal data for direct marketing and telemarketing. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data about you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for such purposes.

If you choose to oppose processing that includes profiling of your personal interests and behaviors, or refrain from receiving interest-based advertising, this does not mean that you will no longer see advertising on our websites and services, but that the advertising displayed will not be tailored to you and therefore perceived as less relevant.

Please note that if you request that we not contact you by e-mail, we will keep a copy of that e-mail address on our mailing block list to ensure that you do not receive unsolicited e-mails.


Preservation of personal data

Personal data handled by Own Collection can be stored and processed in the region where you live, in Sweden. We take steps to ensure that information that we collect under this privacy policy is processed in accordance with the provisions of this policy and in accordance with applicable law where the information is located.


We store your personal data as long as it is necessary, or as long as it is required to fulfill our legal obligations. Criteria that determine the time for how long we store data can be, for example:


How long is the personal data needed to provide the products? This includes, among other things, maintaining and improving the technical performance of the products, protecting our systems and administering necessary business and accounting information. This is the general rule that underlies the calculation of most retention periods.

Own Collection does not knowingly collect personal data from minors under the age of 18. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor children's Internet use and to help enforce our privacy policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information without their permission.
